• Parent and Guardian Contact Details: Name, mobile telephone number, email address.
• Student Identification Details: Student name, affiliated school name, class/section, roll number (for uniform labeling).
• Delivery Address and Postal Code for physical dispatch.
• Transaction References: 12-digit bank UTR numbers for UPI verification (we do not store or process debit/credit card PINs).

2. WhatsApp & SMS Communications (FastSMS Gateway)

By placing an order or registering via OTP on STITCHNOVA, you consent to receive operational transactional notifications via FastSMS gateway channels (WhatsApp and Telecom SMS) concerning one-time passcodes, payment verifications, tailoring progress, and courier dispatch tracking.

3. End-to-End Cryptographic Security

Our web applications transmit data using AES-256-GCM and ECDH P-256 authenticated cryptographic envelopes to prevent request forgery, man-in-the-middle attacks, and unauthorized student record alterations.
